You can proceed with the payment and receive a QR code and a numeric code. These codes will be valid for opening the previously selected locker, and the numeric code will allow you to access the establishment through the keypad located at the entrance door.

Once inside the premises, you will see two options:

a. I want to make a reservation: in case you want to make an additional reservation.
b. I already have a reservation: show your QR code, and the details of your reservation will appear. From this moment, you have the option to open the locker and start the reservation period.

You can enter and exit the premises using the numeric code that was sent to your mobile phone when you made the reservation.

You are allowed to re-enter the MyLocker Mallorca location within the reservation period.

If you exceed the reservation time, you can re-enter using the same previous reservation code.

IMPORTANT: Once you have retrieved your belongings, you won’t be able to re-enter.

You can leave your luggage for as long as you want. The options are as follows: pay for a full day, and if you decide to extend it, don’t worry, you will be charged for the number of days your stored belongings last.
